Although we are technicians (we have no claim to be consultants), and love the technology we work with, we have always considered everything we do in the light of three simple questions; Does it improve the quality of the feedback for the individual? Our first solutions were based on 'snail mail' hand written questionnaires and Excel spreadsheets.
