What is a 360 Degree Assessment ?
A 360 Degree Feedback tool is designed to give someone specific and structured feedback on their performance.
It allows them to compare their own perception with the perception of their direct manager, colleagues and direct reports. Their input will help the person being assessed to identify development gaps. This in turn provides a useful starting point for the Personal Development Objectives as well as the Personal Development Plan of the person being assessed.
